TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Ticket Purchase & Admission

  • All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the event is officially canceled.

  • Tickets are only valid if purchased through official Moonlit Dunes channels or authorized partners.

  • Resale or transfer of tickets is allowed at your own risk. We are not responsible for fraudulent tickets purchased through third parties.

  • Festival entry requires a valid ticket and matching government-issued photo ID.

2. Event Changes & Cancellations

  • Lineup and schedule are subject to change without notice.

  • In the event of cancellation due to weather, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will issue refunds or credits per our Refund Policy.

  • If the event is postponed, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date.

3. Code of Conduct

We strive to create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all attendees. By entering the festival, you agree to:

  • Treat all attendees, staff, and performers with respect.

  • Follow all local laws, festival rules, and staff instructions.

  • Refrain from violence, harassment, or illegal activity.

  • Respect the natural environment—Leave No Trace principles apply.

We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the festival grounds without refund if these rules are violated.

4. Camping & On-Site Facilities

  • All camping attendees must have a valid Camping Pass.

  • Fires are strictly prohibited, unless otherwise allowed in designated areas.

  • Quiet hours and designated chill zones must be respected.

  • Festival is BYO Tent unless glamping is booked separately.

5. Health & Safety

  • Attendees assume all risks related to attendance, including exposure to weather, environmental elements, and large crowds.

  • Moonlit Dunes Festival is not liable for injuries, illness, lost or stolen items.

  • Security checks, bag searches, and prohibited item enforcement will be in effect.

6. Liability Waiver

By attending Moonlit Dunes Festival, you release and hold harmless the event organizers, staff, vendors, and affiliated entities from any liability or claims for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss arising from your participation.

7. Photography & Media

By entering the festival, you consent to being photographed and filmed. These images and recordings may be used by Moonlit Dunes Festival for promotional or archival purposes.
