REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 07/23/2025

At Moonlit Dunes Festival, we understand that plans can change. While we aim to be as flexible as possible, please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing your ticket.

1. Ticket Sales

  • All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of plans, personal conflicts, or weather-related inconvenience.

  • Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual. You are responsible for coordinating any resales or transfers.

  • If you are unable to attend, we recommend using a secure ticket resale platform or gifting your ticket to a friend.

2. Event Cancellation & Postponement

  • If the event is officially canceled by organizers (e.g. due to natural disaster, government order, or other unforeseen circumstances), a full or partial refund may be issued depending on timing and expenses already incurred.

  • If the event is postponed, all tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled dates. If you cannot attend the new date, we may offer a limited refund window upon request.

3. Camping & Glamping Passes

  • Camping and glamping passes follow the same refund rules as general admission tickets.

  • Glamping cancellations made 30 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (less a cancellation fee). After that window, no refunds will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

  • If a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Service fees and transaction charges from payment processors are non-refundable.
